Delivery Times

For order items, such as fabrics sold by the meter, the delivery time in Finland is 3-6 weeks. Ready-made products are delivered within 2-7 days of ordering. For international deliveries, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks depending on the destination country.

The delivery times for artworks depend on the location of the piece. Some artworks are displayed in art exhibitions.

Prices

The prices of products, artworks, and services are shown in the current price list. All prices include value-added tax. Zirbaslife Design Oy reserves the right to change the current prices and payment terms.

The product and delivery prices displayed on these pages are consumer prices and do not apply to resellers.

Shipping Costs

Postage and handling costs are 5,90€ in Finland except delivery cost for art is always 20€ in Finland.

When sending products or art world wide, the price is based on weight, package size, and destination country, unless otherwise stated for the product.

Packages can also be picked up without shipping costs from specified pickup points.

For unclaimed shipments, we charge the customer the actual shipping costs, as well as the return shipping cost according to the package size. Reshipping is charged as a new delivery cost to the customer. Not collecting a package is not an order cancellation. Any additional costs incurred by the company from an unclaimed package will be deducted from the refunded amount. The actual costs of a finished product or service product resulting from the order will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Return Policy

You can request a fabric swatch to verify the color and material. For products damaged in transit or incorrect deliveries, please contact us immediately at sirpa@zirbaslife.fi or +358 50 5733482. Online store products have a 14-day exchange and return policy according to consumer protection law. The returned product must be in saleable condition and packed for return shipment using similar materials/methods as used for the delivery to the customer. For returns, please first contact customer service via the online store contact form, email sirpa@zirbaslife.fi, or phone +358 50 5733482 for further instructions. Please note that Posti holds packages for 7 days, after which unclaimed packages are returned to the sender. An unclaimed package is not a customer return.

Customized order products from the customer's image are not subject to the exchange and return policy.

Payment Methods and Terms

Payment is now also possible in advance by invoice! The payment term for the invoice is 14 days, and the order will be delivered once the invoice is paid and the payment is reflected in our account.

Payment Service Provider

Credit Costs and Credit Example

At the Sirpajarvinen-Art/Zirbaslife Design online store, campaign terms apply, with an account credit interest rate of 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and a monthly fee of €3.80 per month. If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and it is fully used for purchases from the Sirpajarvinen-Art/Zirbaslife Design online store, and the credit is repaid over 36 months, under the applicable campaign terms, the effective annual interest rate is 30.7%, the total credit cost is €433, the total amount payable is €1,433, and the number of installments is 36. Legal reminder fees and collection costs as well as interest for the overdue period will be charged for late payments.

PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of our customers and partners is important to us. In January 2018, we trained on the new data protection regulation.

1. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ABOUT ME?

We collect information necessary for trading, billing, package delivery, and customer service in our customer register.

The information collected with the Google Analytics service is stored in Google's Analytics tool. The information collected by the Google Analytics service is collected anonymously and is not identified to individuals/persons.

4. WHO PROCESSES THE INFORMATION?

Customer data and data collected with the Google Analytics service are processed by the designated personnel necessary for the business of Zirbaslife Design Oy. The processing of data takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection law. Zirbaslife Design Oy reserves the right to partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, ensuring contractually that the data is processed in accordance with the data protection law and otherwise appropriately.

5. IS INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES?

We do not sell, rent, or disclose user personal data to third parties. However, we may disclose user personal data as required by competent authorities or other parties in accordance with the applicable legislation at the time.

6. HOW IS THE INFORMATION PROTECTED?

We use necessary technical security measures and methods to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, or other unauthorized processing. These measures include, among others, firewalls, encryption techniques, secure facilities, secure passwords, instructing personnel involved in data processing, and careful selection of subcontractors.

7. ARE COOKIES USED ON THE SITE?

We may collect information about the user's device using cookies and other similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, for example, for Google Analytics service statistics.

8. WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE TO INFLUENCE?

The user can prevent the use of cookies by changing their browser settings according to the browser manufacturer's instructions and by clearing any cookies from the browser's cache. Clearing cookies does not stop possible data collection.
